My friend is nice. We like to play We play together every day. We laugh and cry And laugh again Because, you see, we’re Friends Friends Friends!
Although I saw you
The day before yesterday,
And yesterday and today,
This much is true-
I want to see you tomorrow, too!
My Friend when I think of you. I think of all that we’ve been through. All the times we argue and fight, I know deep inside that it isn’t right. I, then feel bad and alot of pain. It feels like I’ve fallen from the sky like the rain. I love you dear friend with all of my heart. But now that you’re gone I’ve fallen apart. I’m getting better as the days go by. I wish sometimes this was all a big lie. I pray to you every night. It’s like you’re my fire, a burning light. My dear friend, I miss you alot. I still wonder why you were put in that spot. I know you’re in a place much better than here. Watching and helping me with all of my fear. Our friendship my dear friend, we will have to the end. Friends til the end is what we will be. Someday we’ll be together, together you and me.
I can’t give solutions to all of life’s problems, doubts, or fears. But I can listen to you, and together we will search for answers.
I can’t change your past with all it’s heartache and pain, nor the future with its untold stories. But I can be there now when you need me to care.
I can’t keep your feet from stumbling. I can only offer my hand that you may grasp it and not fall.
Your joys, triumphs, successes, and happiness are not mine; Yet I can share in your laughter.
Your decisions in life are not mine to make, nor to judge; I can only support you, encourage you, and help you when you ask.
I can’t prevent you from falling away from friendship, from your values, from me. I can only pray for you, talk to you and wait for you.
I can’t give you boundaries which I have determined for you, But I can give you the room to change, room to grow, room to be yourself.
I can’t keep your heart from breaking and hurting, But I can cry with you and help you pick up the pieces and put them back in place.
I can’t tell you who you are. I can only love you and be your friend.

Each of us has the opportunity to the same choices, why is it than some will be successful and others judge themselves failures or are complacent and willing to accept that their life just can’t get any better?
Success in your life is no different; success is not determined by the circumstances of any your past failures, but by the actions taken to improve the current and future situation. Success in life means something different to each and every one of us. Success may mean having abundance in riches whereas to others it may simply mean to lose weight and be healthy. No matter what degree of success you are seeking the secret ingredients are the same. The first secret is related to developing a willingness to accept failures and by using these failures as the stepping stones of success, the second is despite those past failures, to develop and sustain the inner drive to pursue your predetermined goals.
Success in life encompasses many different areas, including religion, politics, business, relationships, career and friendship, with most people developing an opinion at some earlier stage and maintaining that opinion throughout their life. Their understanding of the complex world we live in never changes. The third secret of success is about what you can give to yourself, the power of knowledge. Knowledge is the greatest of all possessions.
Success is a science, a developed skill, but many people refuse to move out from their self-sponsored burden and refuse to make a decision to improve their situation.
Here we have the most important secret to success, the real science, the science that scares the majority, the making of a decision to improve their own situation. The responsibility of making a decision is not a hard task, but it is a continual struggle for many. Don’t be a victim of that old saying, a decision without a plan of action is only a daydream, get into action, don’t be a daydreamer regarding your success, just DO it.

Smokers enjoy their habit because it stimulates the flow of “feel good” chemicals in the brain, according to a new study involving just a handful of test subjects.
The system of the brain affected is the same one that is stimulated by heroin and morphine.
Smoking affects the brain’s natural system of chemicals called endogenous opioids, which also help quell painful sensations and heightening positive emotions, the researchers said in a statement today. The system includes the release of endorphins that produce the oft-sought “runner’s high.”
It appears that smokers have an altered opioid flow all the time, when compared with non-smokers, and that smoking a cigarette further alters that flow by 20 to 30 percent in regions of the brain important to emotions and craving,” This change in flow as seen on a brain scan correlated with changes in how the smokers themselves reported feeling before and after smoking.”
But..The question is why we feel to good…It is not the taste that counts. It’s that sense of satisfaction you get from a cigarette that you can’t get from anything else.

Can I remember what I did yesterday? Can I remember what you did three months ago? Memories are what makes us happy and creating memories is very important for happiness. Remembering special events and places visited are what make us happy and have good memories.Life brings simple pleasures to us every day. It is up to us to make them wonderful memories.. Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I’ll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I’ve stored away, just for this time in my life. Line by line, moment by moment, special times are etched into our memories in the permanent ink of everlasting love in our relationships. I am learning that simplicity is more meaningful. It brings more memories because you have the time to enjoy things and relish the moment. We do not remember days, we remember moments. I will give you some tips on making memories everyday….
1. Focus on what is right and good in your life.
2. Always see the good in yourself and others.
3. Learn not to dwell what is happening in your life that is unpleasant or negative.
4. Accept the simple fact that life isn’t or ever will be perfect.
5. Know that you will have an impact on everyone who crosses your life path regardless of whether they are a stranger in an elevator, a customer, an employee, a neighbor or a good friend.
6. A smile for another person costs you nothing.
7. A kind word for another can be shared or withheld.
8. Stay focused in the present aware of your every word, action and feeling.
9. Don’t discount or invalidate yourself with derogatory statements.
10. Learn to control the thoughts that you allow into your mind.
11. Remember that your happiness or unhappiness in the end is up to you and you alone.
12. Don’t invalidate others with your words, opinions or actions.
Creating memories is a priceless gift. Memories will last a lifetime; things only a short-period of time.

I am celebrating today with my family — we are all grateful. Birthdays are good for you; the more you have, the longer you live. I remember when the candle shop burned down on may 2nd . Everyone stood around singing ‘Happy Birthday. I just wanted to write that no matter how old you are, your special day can be just as exciting as it was when you we’re little. To feel special, because someone no matter how close or far, remembered YOU on your special day. Your special day to remember, that you have yet survived another year, no matter how good or bad it was. To reflect back on past birthdays and see how much you have matured and accomplished since all those years ago. My birthday means that I am born again in a new body for a precise reason. My birthday May 2nd relates to the energy of duality, of analytical thinking; and as well to the balancing energy of analysis and synthesis, in other words, harmony.
I think the true meaning of my birthday is much more. It’s a chance to tell that person how their life has affected them.
I would thank you from the bottom of my heart, but for you my heart has no bottom.

Humor and laughter being great stress busters, they also facilitate a good motivational environment, are great for team building,and enhanced relationships and communication. Humor and laughter facilitate a more stable and balanced work environment with less staff turnover and reduced absenteeism. People who use humor to cope with stress and who generally find themselves in a good mood also had stronger immune systems - more so than their less giggly counterparts. After all, listening to other people’s problems day in and day out can no doubt take its toll. And it isn’t just our physical and psychological well-being that can benefit from a healthy dose of laughter! Studies have also shown that a good sense of humor can counterbalance – to a certain extent – the harmful effects of poor conflict-resolution skills. In essence, even if you (or your partner) are really bad at resolving an argument, expressing a little humor about the situation can lessen the severity of it . Although there are multiple methods that can help us cope better with stress, laughter is likely one of the most underrated – and most entertaining as well. Keeping in mind that making light of more solemn situations isn’t generally the best way to deal with them, everyday stressors like traffic, slow service at the grocery store, or those pleasant little birds that love to chirp you up at the crack of dawn could all benefit from a little chuckle.
Laughter is the best medicine. Humor and laughter are different, and a few studies have showed contradictory correlations between humor and longevity and blood pressure. Watching a funny film decreased cortisol, adrenaline and DOPAC, before, during and after watching the film. This means that simply anticipating something funny happening can decrease your experience of stress. However research shows laughter’s positive effect on:

Enjoy Life
To live our life ultimately means we are doing all those mundane activities with our best attitude and not as a way to pass. The proper function of man is to live - not to exist.
Never take anything for granted. Savor every bite of a meal, enjoy what you have, and live each day as if it is your first day of your life.
Do not let the child inside you disappear or die. Keep your curiosity alive by being inquisitive and open-minded. No one ever regretted on their death bed what they did; they definitely regretted what they did not do. life.
Change a little everyday. That way you will never get stuck. See what is happening around you, and rather than feeling threatened or getting suspicious, embrace change. Ask what change you need to make and do it little by little.
- Enjoy your meal. Don’t just eat. Taste it and appreciate its richness.
- Learn to cook.
- Feel music and not just listen to it.
- Play music. More than just listening, playing music allows you to express yourself.
